You can set a target size (e.g. 200KB). The tool first adjusts quality via binary search; if still over, it gradually reduces resolution to get as close as possible. Very small targets with high-res images may have slight deviations and will be marked as "compressed as much as possible."
Many sites require photos under 200KB / 100KB. Simply select a preset or enter the KB value to instantly compress to the required size.
WebP usually offers smaller file size and better quality, but some older systems don’t support it. If the upload site only accepts JPG, choose JPG.
